How do I use the shakes?

Whey Protein Clean™: Mix 1 scoop (30 grams) with 150-200 ml of milk or another beverage of your choice in a shaker or blender. Whey Protein Clean™ is quickly absorbed by the body, so we recommend taking the shake immediately after your workout or with breakfast.

Pre-Workout Ultimate™: Mix 1 scoop (13 grams) with 150-200 ml of water in a shaker. Drink Pre-Workout Ultimate™ 30 minutes before your workout.

Pre-Workout Ultimate™ is a food supplement with sweeteners and contains a high caffeine content (300 mg per serving). Not recommended for children and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

When is the best time to take the shakes?
