How does giving personal training work at Upshape?

At Upshape we work with personal trainers who are self-employed or want to become self-employed. You will have your own client base and we will help you grow your client base. How can I start giving PT?

We would like to invite you to the location to get acquainted, provide additional information and let you experience the atmosphere of the gym. If it is a match on both sides, you can currently start giving PT at Upshape in the short term. Contact support@upshape.nl to schedule an appointment.

What options are there for personal training?

Upshape PT Gym Den Haag gradually opens its doors to at least 20 personal trainers. We select our trainers based on quality and variety in specializations. This allows us to always make an ideal match between your wishes and a trainer. This makes us extremely flexible to meet your specific wishes.


How much does personal training cost at Upshape?

The costs of personal training at Upshape differ per trainer. We take your wishes and situation into account when selecting the right personal trainer. For this we have a huge number of options because many different trainers are affiliated with Upshape. You do not need to take out a membership at Upshape to train with us with your personal trainer.


How can I start with personal training?

You can start with personal training at Upshape by contacting us via support@upshape.nl, so that we can schedule an appointment. During this appointment we will discuss your wishes and situation. We will then connect you to the right personal trainer who is affiliated with Upshape. This allows us to facilitate an ideal match.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can place an order without creating an account. Creating an account does have some advantages:

  • Track the status of your order;
  • Get an overview of previous orders;
  • Receive possible future offers and promotions.

Which payment methods are supported?

We currently support iDeal (Maestro), Bancontact, Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.


When will I get a free gift?

You will receive a free Upshaker from an order value of €80,-. This is our luxury shaker cup, suitable for all our supplements.

What is the delivery time of my order?
  • Monday to Saturday: Orders placed before 11:00 PM during the week will be delivered the next day;
  • Sunday: If you order before 18:00 on Sunday, your package will be delivered on Monday.

How much are the shipping costs?
  • Netherlands: The standard shipping costs are €4.90 per order. For orders over €70, you benefit from free shipping.
  • Belgium: The standard shipping costs are €5.90 per order. For orders over €70, you benefit from free shipping.

Which countries do you ship to?

How does returning a product work?

  6. Receive the amount minus shipping costs.

What are the conditions for returns?
  • Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order;
  • The shipping costs for returning the item are at your own expense;
  • The product must be unopened, unused and in a saleable condition;
  • The product must be in its original packaging;
  • The product must have been purchased through our own website.
