Looking for a personal trainer in Rijswijk, Delft, Voorburg, Leidschendam, Wassenaar, Nootdorp or Ypenburg? From Delft and Rijswijk, the train or tram 1 gets you to the centre of The Hague in about fifteen minutes; from Leiden, take the intercity. From Voorburg, Leidschendam, Wassenaar, Nootdorp and Ypenburg, come by car or bike: park in the garage next to the gym or use our bike parking outside the door.
In the gym
There are changing rooms and showers. Bring sportswear, trainers, a towel and a water bottle; you can also buy water from us.

You can often come in for your intake and first session within a few days.
What does personal training cost?
€60-€80 per session on average, depending on your trainer and how often you train. See the cost.
Can I train on my own?
No. Upshape is a PT-only gym: you always train with your own personal trainer.
