We believe that personal training (PT) should be given in privacy, while all equipment is available. That is why we build exclusive PT-only gyms, the size of public gyms.

Exclusive PT-gyms
Upshape PT gyms offer the privacy of a PT studio, but the size of a public gym. The first location in The Hague (450 m2) has all equipment double or triple and is only accessible for PT. All trainers are self-employed and Upshape does not charge subscription fees to clients of trainers.
Optimal supplements
To support progression, we develop optimal supplements together with trainers. We find it important that we only offer essential supplements that are recommended by PTs.
The purest whey
This whey contains 23 grams of protein per shake and is one of the purest on the market. It is also creamy and not too sweet.
The purest creatine
Our creatine monohydrate micronized is the purest form of creatine on the market. Tasteless and optimally mixable.
The most powerful pre-workout
With 300mg of caffeine and 1.5g of creatine per scoop, this is one of the strongest pre-workouts that tastes great.
