Personal training (PT) should be provided in privacy, but with a wide selection of equipment and materials. That's why we build exclusive PT-only gyms that are just as spacious and fully equipped as a public gym.

Exclusive PT gyms
Upshape's PT gyms combine the privacy and exclusivity of a PT studio with the space of a public gym. Our first location in The Hague (450 m²) is fully equipped for personal training, with double or even triple the amount of equipment available. This means there's never a need to wait. All personal trainers are independent contractors, and Upshape doesn't charge membership fees to its clients.
The ideal match
Upshape Den Haag currently has over 15 personal trainers. This means we can always connect you with a trainer who perfectly matches your needs and goals. To create that perfect match, we carefully consider your needs and the qualities of our trainers. That's why we'd like to invite you for a free, no-obligation introductory meeting.
Small Group PT
In addition to one-on-one personal training, we will also be introducing Small Group Personal Training starting in 2026. These sessions will take place in small groups of up to four people and will be led by an experienced Upshape personal trainer. The sessions are currently offered on weekdays between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM and include Hyrox (HIIT), Strength & Conditioning, and Boxing.
