Upshape is a PT-only gym in The Hague. Clients train here with experienced personal trainers in a calm, professional setting. We have been open since March 2025.

After more than ten years as a personal trainer, David Korber saw where personal training falls short.
Too busy, little privacy
Public gyms offered too little calm and privacy to really focus on working with your trainer.
Limited equipment
Many boutique studios had only limited equipment, so you could not train everything you need.
Hard to find the right trainer
Clients found it difficult to find a personal trainer who really suits them.
